Marta Kos: I would advise the Georgian government – please choose Europe, please listen to the people who have been on the streets for more than 100 days

I would advise the Georgian government: please return to the European path! Please listen to the people who have been on the streets for more than 100 days, - European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos told InterpressNews' special correspondent in Strasbourg.

In response to the question of what is the best solution to overcome the political crisis in Georgia, the European Commissioner noted that the Georgian government should listen to the people.

"Please choose Europe, because otherwise you will suffer under Russian influence, and please take care of all generations, especially the younger generation, which is really in favor of becoming part of the European Union," she noted.
