The parliamentary temporary commission investigating the activities of the National Movement government will apply to the Prosecutor's Office regarding former Defense Minister Irakli Okruashvili's refusal to appear at the session.

The chairperson of the commission, Tea Tsulukiani, stated the above at the session, which was supported by all members of the commission.

"The failure to comply with the commission's request is obvious, therefore, we propose to put to a vote the issue of sending this case to the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia. If everyone is in favor, it will be sent today - in the evening," - stated Tea Tsulukiani.
