A march dedicated to the Referendum Day is underway from Republic Square.

The marchers are carrying Georgian and European Union flags and are heading towards the Parliament, where they will join the gathered citizens.

They are chanting: “Glory to the heroes!”

In addition, several protest marches are planned in Tbilisi. In particular, students are gathering near Tbilisi State University with the slogan: “Our future is an independent state”, after which they will move to the territory adjacent to the Parliament.

Representatives of the cultural sphere will also gather near the Rustaveli Theater with the slogan: “Culture for independence”.
