The Prosecutor’s Office in Tbilisi is currently in the process of presenting charges against Mamuka Khazaradze, one of the leaders of Lelo - Strong Georgia.
A few minutes ago, Khazaradze reviewed the interrogation protocol at Tbilisi City Court, after which he moved to the Prosecutor's Office.
A few days ago, Khazaradze gave testimony in front of a magistrate judge at Tbilisi City Court. He was summoned for questioning due to his absence from the sitting of the temporary parliamentary investigative commission studying the activities of the "National Movement" government. However, after refusing to attend, Khazaradze was questioned in court.
For reference, failure to appear at an investigative commission is a punishable offense under the Criminal Code, carrying a penalty of up to one year of imprisonment or a fine.
