For the record, the court process for Badri Japaridze, one of the leaders of "Lelo - Strong Georgia," is ongoing at the Tbilisi City Court. He is accused of failing to comply with a request from the temporary investigative commission of the Parliament of Georgia.

Today's session will discuss the application of a restrictive measure for Japaridze.

The state prosecution demands a bail of 50,000 GEL for Japaridze, while the defense requests that he be left without any restrictive measures.

Japaridze was officially charged yesterday. The case concerns an investigation into the failure to comply with the lawful request of the temporary investigative commission of the Parliament of Georgia. Japaridze did not attend the commission.
