A confrontation occurred between protesters near the Parliament of Georgia and unidentified individuals. The clash began with verbal insults and escalated into a physical altercation.

Meanwhile, law enforcement officers have been mobilized in the surrounding areas of the Parliament. Specifically, they are stationed on April 9 Street and at Freedom Square.

According to one police officer, their presence is solely to ensure the safety of citizens and maintain public order.

At the same time, the protest continues in front of the Georgian Parliament, where demonstrators spent the night. As of now, protesters still have Rustaveli Avenue blocked.
