Coalition agreement of future German government mentions Georgia’s EU accession process

The text of the coalition agreement of the future German government discusses Georgia’s EU accession process among other things. An excerpt from the text was distributed by the German Embassy in Georgia.

“Coalition agreement between the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), the Christian Social Union (CSU) and the Social Democratic Party (SPD) (4472):

“The continuation of Georgia’s accession process can only be discussed when there is no longer any doubt about the protection of democratic processes. We support pro-European forces,” reads the excerpt.
