Russia is truly ready to take steps to normalize relations with Georgia, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said at the briefing.
“There are no specific deadlines, but the fact that Russia is truly ready to take steps to normalize relations is true. We are interested in establishing good relations with all countries that are ready for this and want it,” Peskov said.
For information, earlier, in an interview with Russian media, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin said that “Moscow is ready to restore diplomatic relations with Tbilisi.”
“We are ready if the Georgian side is ready. There are no restrictions for us in this regard,” Galuzin noted.
