The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia states that the police officer who was injured during the protest on November 29, 2024, has lost his eyesight.

As the agency told "InterpressNews," the officer was hit by a blunt object thrown by one of the protesters.

According to available information, the representative of the Ministry underwent treatment both in Georgia and in Turkey, but it was not possible to preserve his vision.
