The Georgian government has approved an action plan for organizing events dedicated to May 26.

According to the document, the events will be held in Alexandre Garden, Orbeliani Street and the surrounding area.

In addition, according to the government decree, within the framework of the events dedicated to May 26, the oath-taking ceremony will be held in Tbilisi, Freedom Square and 5 municipalities.

According to the document, the Ministry of Culture has been tasked with arranging educational and entertainment spaces in Tbilisi, Alexandre Garden, Orbeliani Street and the surrounding area. Among them, a space for sports activities, a thematic space for cultural activities, an exhibition space, children's spaces, a wine tasting and relaxation area, and decoration of the territory will be arranged.

The Ministry of Culture must also ensure a solemn celebration at 17:10, at the time of the declaration of Georgia's independence, at the Presidential Palace and its surrounding area.
