Poland bans entry of eight Georgian law enforcement officials

Poland is banning eight representatives of Georgia's law enforcement agencies from entering its territory due to "repressions against the opposition." The statement was released by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“In response to the growing repression against the opposition in Georgia, Poland has banned entry to eight law enforcement officials responsible for violence against demonstrators.

Poland supports the pro-European aspirations of the Georgian people,” the statement reads.
