The Prosecutor's Office has charged Giorgi Vashadze for failing to appear before the temporary investigative commission

The leader of "Strategy Aghmashenebeli," Giorgi Vashadze, has been charged by the Prosecutor’s Office for failing to appear before the Parliament’s temporary investigative commission.

According to the press service, the charges were presented to Giorgi Vashadze at the Tbilisi Prosecutor’s Office, though a court hearing has not yet been scheduled.

The investigation is being conducted under Article 349, which refers to disobeying a lawful request of an investigative commission and is punishable by a fine or up to one year in prison.
