The Brussels bureaucracy provides quite serious assistance to the opposition, but when we talk about resources, this is a competition of resources for destruction, who will cause more damage to the current state of the country, - the First Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, Gia Volski, told journalists.

According to him, the representatives of the opposition are competing with each other, who can create more problems in Georgia, and in this matter, serious support is coming from the European bureaucracy.

“Let’s not say that the opposition does not have resources. It has serious financial and political support. Whether we call it a certain officialdom of Brussels or a bureaucracy, it provides quite serious assistance, but when we talk about resources, this is a competition of resources for destruction, who will cause more damage to the current state of the country. In the light of the problems already existing in the world, who can create more problems in Georgia, they are competing with each other in this, and serious support comes from the European bureaucracy. This is a fact. This is their resource, but this resource is unacceptable to a large part of society, because they see it as a threat. A threat to the country and their own families, children. The stability that we have achieved is accompanied by a certain development, progress, which is recorded in all international studies. No one is saying that we have overcome the problems. There are problems, but according to positive trends, Georgia has been in the top ten in the world for the last 13 years in all indicators. Some people are happy about this, some people are hysterical about it. These are the facts. Based on these facts, I think that any political group that advocates destabilization and involvement in the fiery processes of Georgia has a very small chance of success," Volski said.
