Nanuka Zhorzholiani: First they seized us, now they came to search us, at the next stage, they will probably charge me, they will solemnly summon me to the Prosecutor's Office, and finally they will tell me that if I don't calm down, they will handcuff me

First they seized us and told us to stop and we didn't stop. Now it was the second stage, they came in to search me, they told me to stop again. I won't stop - at the next stage, they will probably charge me, they will solemnly summon me to the prosecutor's office and I won't stop again. Finally, they will tell me that if I don't calm down, they will handcuff me, - Nanuka Zhorzholiani, the founder of the Nanuka Foundation, told journalists after the Prosecutor’s Office completed the search of her apartment.

According to her, as a result of the search, equipment was seized.

“When I realized that they were going to grab my phone, I gave it to them because Saba was at home. I didn’t want him to watch it. The most serious reaction they had was when I started live. I explained that I didn’t trust them. This was my defense until my lawyer arrived. They weren’t even going to start searching me until I turned off the live. You know, the episode with the State Security Service was very interesting. Whatever the Prosecutor’s Office was doing, the State Security Service was monitoring. The State Security Service was telling the Prosecutor’s Office what to do. They were hinting that the Prosecutor’s Office was acting accordingly.

The main story was the foundation’s documentation. They seized everything starting with Saba’s baptism videos to Mariam’s birthday. They also seized the equipment. They took away old phones that don't even turn on. They took away the flash drives that belong to my son.

For information, the search of the residence of Nanuka Zhorzholiani, the founder of the Nanuka Foundation, has ended. The departure of the police from the apartment was followed by noise from those gathered near the building. Shouts of "Russians" and "slaves" were heard.
