Maka Botchorishvili on non-invitation to meeting of foreign ministers: There are double standards everywhere - our democracy is not worse than that of others, we have no democratic regression

Our democracy is not worse than that of others, we have no democratic regression. This is our position - there are double standards everywhere, - this is how Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili answered a journalist's question regarding the non-invitation of Georgia to the informal meeting of foreign ministers in Warsaw.

As Maka Botchorishvili noted, double standards cannot be corrected in a short time.

"There are double standards everywhere. It is thanks to the Georgian people that we have this government. There are double standards. Our democracy is not worse than that of others, we have no democratic regression. This is our position. We cannot correct double standards so quickly. It is a double standard that what is permissible in France, Germany, is the cause of concern in Georgia. This government is the choice of the Georgian population and respect it!", - Maka Botchorishvili stated.
