I am very curious about what basis Joe Wilson had for this. I don’t know, I find it unbelievable what this man is doing,” Justice Minister Paata Salia replied to a question from PalitraNews regarding his name being on the list of those to be sanctioned under the MEGOBARI Act.
According to Salia, this is “absurd and stupid.”
“Perhaps, you should ask those who send these lists from here, based on their personal interests.. and they repeat it, absurd and stupid,” Salia said.
When asked whether he had any communication with the US administration regarding this, Salia replied: “Why should I have?”
“Who, me? Why should I have? I have very good relations with the United States, I was educated there,” Salia said.
