As Japaridze notes, at the court session we saw how Judge Shvangiradze violated all of Zura Japaridze's rights.
“The number of political prisoners in Georgia has increased - Zurab Girchi Japaridze has been added to the existing prisoners of conscience, a man who is an outstanding patriot of this country who wants only one thing - a free, European and just Georgia. He does not tolerate injustice and does not recognize the investigative commission created on the basis of trampling the Constitution and the illegal decrees issued by it.
Accordingly, he made the decision that he considers correct and reflects his principled attitude towards this injustice.
Once again, we saw how Judge Shvangiradze violated all of Zura Japaridze’s rights.
