According to Irakli Kupradze, General Secretary of “Lelo - Strong Georgia,” in connection with Georgia’s Independence Day, they will march from Marjanishvili Square towards Rustaveli Avenue.
He said it’s important for the Georgian people to once again demonstrate the essence of Georgian statehood and the key needs of its citizens, which are an independent, strong, and free Georgia.
“On May 26, ‘Lelo - Strong Georgia’ will mark Independence Day with a march from Marjanishvili Square. From there, we will head towards Rustaveli Avenue. We invite every citizen to join us in celebrating this day of unity and Georgia’s strength. It is important on this day to once again show the key needs of Georgian statehood and its citizens—this is an independent, strong, and free Georgia, a Georgia free of political prisoners and the authoritarian Russian regime,” Kupradze said.
