"First Republic Parade" - under this name, the sports society "Shevardeni" revived a march on Rustaveli Avenue

On Rustaveli Avenue, the sports society "Shevardeni" re-enacted a march that took place in Tbilisi on May 26, 1919.

The "First Republic Parade" - this is the name of the march that began at First Republic Square. The participants of the march are now heading toward Rustaveli Avenue. The march will conclude at the Youth Palace, where the government of the Democratic Republic of Georgia declared independence.

The anthem of the First Republic was also performed.
