According to Gvaramia, Melia's bail has not yet expired, and the court has not issued a decision to change the preventive measure.
"Nika was arrested in a car near Lisi Lake.
There is no ground: formally, neither the bail payment deadline has expired, nor has the court issued a decision to change the preventive measure!", - writes Gvaramia.
