Joe Wilson: It would be wise for Syria to reverse Assad’s decision and cease meetings with Abkhazia’s false “ambassador”

It would be wise for Syria to reverse Assad’s decision and cease meetings with Abkhazia’s false “ambassador,” wrote Congressman Joe Wilson (Republican Party) on his X page.

With this statement, Wilson is responding to a meeting held a few weeks ago between Syria’s Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Marwan Al-Halabi, and the so-called “ambassador” of occupied Abkhazia, Mohammed Jalilovich Ali.

“Before war criminal Putin destroyed Aleppo, he illegally invaded and occupied Georgia, dividing the country and creating the false ‘governments’ of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, which have only been recognized by Putin, the brutal Assad, Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Nauru.

It would be wise for Syria to reverse Assad’s decision and cease meetings with Abkhazia’s false ‘ambassador,’” Wilson wrote.
