Mamuka Khazaradze: No child should go hungry, no child should die fighting for survival - I wish every little one a happy childhood

No child should go hungry! No child should die fighting for survival. Today is Children’s Protection Day, and I wish every little one a happy childhood, wrote Mamuka Khazaradze, leader of “Lelo-Strong Georgia,” on social media.

Khazaradze noted that they set an important precedent in Tsalenjikha by bringing in a world football legend and opening the “Juventus Academy” there.

“No child should go hungry! No child should die fighting for survival! I don’t want to talk about grim statistics today, as they are already well-known to everyone…

Today is Children’s Protection Day, and I wish every little one a happy childhood, a prosperous country with a caring government, and opportunities for education and development!

To this end, I believe we created an important precedent in Tsalenjikha when we brought in a world football legend and opened the ‘Juventus Academy’ there.

For two years, the ‘Juventus Academy’ has been training children from Tsalenjikha and those living in occupied territories, and it is already among the top six in the world, which makes me very proud.

Beyond physical training, children’s nutrition, education, and healthy lifestyle are part of the ‘Juventus’ international standards, the environment in which these children live and develop!

We will soon open one in Tbilisi as well, but before that, we have a great battle to win to save this country and our children!

That day will come soon,” Khazaradze wrote.
