10 days of administrative detention ordered for activist Ucha Kemashvili

10 days of administrative detention has been ordered for activist Ucha Kemashvili by the court.

The decision was made by Tbilisi City Court Judge Davit Tetrauli.

For information, activist Ucha Kemashvili was administratively detained in Varketili on May 26. An investigation was underway against him under Article 173, which refers to disobedience to the police. However, as the detained activist explained, the persecution against him began due to the burning of the flag of the Georgian Dream party on Rustaveli Avenue.
