The owner of the “Rike Jugs” has changed once again. According to data from the Public Registry, the owner of “Rike Dom” transferred the company on June 3, 2025. This information was reported by BPN.

More specifically, the application submitted to the registry reveals that LLC “N.G.B” requested the registry to fully transfer its 100% ownership in the company “Rike Dom” (which owns the Rike Jugs) to LLC “Macro Properties.”

According to the same data, “Macro Properties” purchased the shares in “Rike Dom” for 2,840,000 USD. Additionally, the new shareholder has been informed that “Rike Dom” has a financial obligation to GLOBAL VICTORY TRUST and has agreed to pay the company a total of 10.6 million GEL in three stages.

LLC “Macro Properties” was registered in the Business Registry in April 2025. The company’s directors are businessman Mikheil Tkeshelashvili and Turkish citizen Ömer Kiracı. All shares are fully owned by LLC “Macro Construction.” In turn, “Macro Construction,” registered in 2013, is wholly owned by Turkish citizen Emin Uçar.

For reference, it became known on May 5, 2025, that Davit Khidasheli had sold the “Rike Jugs.” According to the extract from the Public Registry, the new owner became LLC “Rike Dom.” “Rike Dom” was registered in the Business Registry in March 2025. Its 100% shareholder is the limited liability company “N.G.B,” and its director is Mikheil Tkeshelashvili. The owner and director of LLC “N.G.B.” is Tornike Kopaliani.

Additionally, it should be noted that the “Rike Jugs,” which had been repeatedly put up for auction by the state, were purchased in March 2022 by GLOBAL VICTORY TRUST, a company linked to businessman Davit Khidasheli, for 10,020,000 GEL. The businessman’s company was obligated to invest 20 million GEL by March 24, 2025, and to establish a museum of wine, digital art, and technology at the site. In December 2022, Khidasheli announced that he was selling 50% of the facility, but the “Rike Jugs” remained under his ownership until May 2025, BPN reports.
