Maka Botchorishvili meets with Senior Advisor of US Department of State

Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili met with Wyatt Toehlke, Senior Advisor at the US Department of State, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia reports.

“The meeting focused on relations between the United States of America and Georgia, prospects for cooperation, and processes ongoing in the region. It was noted that Georgia is an important partner of the US.

The Foreign Minister once again emphasized the Georgian side’s readiness to renew the strategic partnership with the United States of America.

The parties discussed security challenges in the region and the world. Georgia’s important role in ensuring peace and stability in the region was emphasized,” reads the statement.
