A protest rally is taking place on Rustaveli Avenue

The protest rally has resumed on Rustaveli Avenue. On the 204th day of continuous protest, citizens gathered in front of the legislative body have once again blocked the roadway.

The demonstrators’ demands remain unchanged – the announcement of new elections and the release of individuals detained during the protests.

At the same time, another rally was held near the former building of the Public Broadcaster. From there, citizens marched in protest toward Rustaveli Avenue and joined the ongoing demonstration in front of Parliament.
