According to information from the non-governmental organization Transparency International – Georgia, since Rajden Kuprashvili’s appointment as head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, the organization has identified 74 corruption cases involving current and former officials, none of which have been investigated by the Anti-Corruption Bureau.

“Since February 2, 2023, when Rajden Kuprashvili was appointed head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Transparency International – Georgia has identified 74 corruption cases involving current and former officials in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Imereti, Samtskhe-Javakheti, and Adjara. None of these cases have been investigated or addressed by Kuprashvili’s Anti-Corruption Bureau. The companies associated with these 74 individuals have received revenues exceeding 2 billion GEL from state procurements, the ‘Produce in Georgia’ program, and other budgetary sources between 2012 and 2025,” the statement reads.
