Mikheil Janelidze: I want to express solidarity and support for the employees of the Foreign Ministry, as well as other public servants, who were forced to leave their diplomatic service due to political persecution

Former Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze expresses solidarity with employees of the Foreign Ministry and all public servants who, according to him, "were forced to leave their diplomatic service due to political persecution." He wrote about this on Facebook.

"I want to express solidarity and support for the employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as other public servants, who were forced to leave their diplomatic service due to political persecution. I know most of them and can say that they are highly qualified and patriotic diplomats. I know how difficult it is for them to give up their diplomatic service, but it would have been even more difficult to come to terms with the changes in the country’s foreign and domestic political course," Mikheil Janelidze wrote.
