Kakha Kaladze: These resolutions have no value whatsoever; they are full of lies — people literally get paid to write them; They tell us that white is black, and of course, that is very troubling

“These resolutions have no value whatsoever; they are saturated with lies—people are simply paid to write them,” said Kakha Kaladze, the General Secretary of “Georgian Dream” and Mayor of Tbilisi, commenting on the European Parliament’s resolution.

According to him, today’s Europe is practically devoid of justice and fundamental principles.

“The aforementioned resolutions have no value. The resolutions are based on lies and falsehoods. We know how these resolutions are written—people are simply paid to do it. They are saturated with lies. What kind of resolution are we talking about when they say Saakashvili should be released? The same applies to Ms. Mzia Amaghlobeli. We directly saw how she struck a police officer and committed a crime. So, this talk is saturated with lies. They openly tell us that white is black. Of course, this is very serious. The people see all of this. Today’s Europe is practically devoid of the justice and fundamental principles that are important to us. Generally, the European future is based on freedom of speech and expression, and justice, but today’s European bureaucracy is devoid of all of this,” Kaladze stated.
