“Upon receiving a report from the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the collapse of a residential building located near the Station Square in Tbilisi, firefighters of the Emergency Situations Management Service and police forces have been mobilized.

After arrival at the scene, firefighters immediately evacuated citizens from the area surrounding the collapsed building.

The location is being cleared of debris and active search and rescue operations are underway. Ambulance crews are on site.
