If you give [Joe Wilson] a map, I’m sure he wouldn’t even tell you where Georgia is, maybe he thinks it’s the state of Georgia, - the Secretary General of the Georgian Dream, Kakha Kaladze, said in a conversation with journalists.

He told journalists about the above when answering the following question: “How would you assess the fact that the National Movement hired the lobbying company Nelson Mullins, and Congressman Joe Wilson also received donations.”

“We’ve been hearing incorrect statements about Georgia. We were saying that this person had been paid. If you give him a map, I’m sure he wouldn’t even tell you where Georgia is, maybe he thinks it’s the state of Georgia. He’s been paid to repeat and echo whatever they tell him,” Kaladze noted.
