Two people who were evicted from a building on Tvalchrelidze Street and administratively detained, who are reportedly socially vulnerable, have been fined 2,000-2,000 GEL by the court.

Tbilisi City Court Judge Zviad Tsekvava recognized the aforementioned people as administrative violators and imposed a fine as an administrative penalty.

Shortly before, Judge Koba Chagunava released a father and two children arrested in the same case from the courtroom, after giving them a verbal warning.

The trial of the four people who were administratively detained has been postponed.

For information, on July 24, several dozen families were evicted from a building on Tvalchrelidze Street in Tbilisi. The process was followed by a confrontation with the police and commotion, during which law enforcement officers administratively detained 17 people. They are accused of disobeying a lawful police request.
