Nika Gvaramia: There is a big controversy in the court - judges have started to protest against political orders en masse

There is a big chaos in the court. Judges have begun to protest against political orders en masse, - reads a letter by the leader of the Coalition for Change, Nika Gvaramia, which has been posted on his social network.

According to him, the State Security Service is also fully involved in this case and some are being "pressured" with their personal lives, some with corruption facts, and some with family members and other such facts.

"At every trial (both criminal and administrative), the State Security Service employee looks through the rectangular glass window at the entrance to the courtroom and, without taking his eyes off the judge, his gaze is fixed on the judge throughout the entire trial. You have probably noticed how difficult it is to get to that window and stand. Often, they detain people even for standing there. If you stand there, the bailiffs immediately resort to aggressive actions. The thing is, this is the State Security Service territory.

Judges are very worried about social isolation and the righteous anger of citizens. They are recognized everywhere: in the neighborhood, in the store, on the street, in short, everywhere and harsh words are said to them. Many of them have problems with their own children. Because of these problems, they were asked to close the trials, but even that did not help. That is why the State Security Service got fully involved in this case: some with their personal lives, some with corruption facts, some are being pressured with family members and other such facts.

The same thing has started happening with the witnesses, who are mainly special forces and police officers. The sudden start of the June 20 investigation is a signal not only to Gakharia, but also to them – they are told “we remember your old crackdowns and we will arrest you if you do not behave properly”.

I don't believe in the awakening of conscience of the dishonest. But I do believe in their fear of public anger.

Everything is going well. In the end, we will win! The oligarchy must fall! ", - writes Nika Gvaramia.
