The lawyers of Mamuka Khazaradze’s family, one of the leaders of “Lelo – for a Strong Georgia,” call the media reports about the lease agreement between the Khazaradze family and the German Embassy distorted and clarify that a notarized contract, drawn up in full compliance with all legal procedures, exists regarding the lease of property to the German Ambassador.

As stated in the announcement, the information circulated on the matter constitutes a “propagandistic attack.”

“Yesterday, government-affiliated TV channels disseminated distorted information about the lease agreement between Mamuka Khazaradze’s family and the German Embassy. This is yet another propagandistic attack, both against Mamuka Khazaradze’s family and the German state, something that has happened repeatedly in recent times.

There is a notarized contract (No. 221439682 / 21.10.2022), prepared in full compliance with all legal procedures, regarding the lease of property owned by the Khazaradze family to the German Ambassador.

Any other type of undocumented cooperation with the diplomatic representation of the Federal Republic of Germany is simply impossible!” the statement reads.
