Protesters move from Freedom Square to Rustaveli Avenue in support of detained activist Nino Datashvili

Protesters have moved from Freedom Square to Rustaveli Avenue in support of detained activist Nino Datashvili and joined those gathered near the parliament.

Protesters in support of Nino Datashvili formed a human chain around the St. George Monument before moving to the parliament.

Traffic is blocked on Rustaveli Avenue, where citizens have been gathering for more than 240 days. Their main demand is the release of those detained during the protests and the scheduling of new parliamentary elections.
