According to the National Bureau of Enforcement, compulsory enforcement proceedings are underway against “Lelo for Georgia.” The agency stated that the enforceable obligation consists of a state fee and an administrative fine.

“Due to high public interest, we clarify that compulsory enforcement proceedings are being conducted against ‘Lelo for Georgia’ based on an enforcement order issued by the court. The enforceable obligation consists of a state fee and an administrative fine. It is noteworthy that the seizure does not apply to the full amount in the accounts but only to the amount specified in the enforcement order, which does not exceed 1,500 GEL.

The National Bureau of Enforcement is acting in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Enforcement Proceedings, and all actions taken by enforcement officers are aimed at upholding the principle of fairness and ensuring effective enforcement,” the Bureau stated.
