The employees of the Marneuli District Division of the Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational measures and investigative actions, arrested R.A., a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, born in 1986, who was wanted by Interpol with Red Notice.

The arrested R.A. has been wanted by the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2013 on charges of membership in an organized crime group and inflicting harm to other person's health.

Law enforcement officers arrested R.A. in Marneuli after conducting investigative actions. Currently, pre-extradition procedures are ongoing against the detainee, as provided for by law.
