As he noted, the citizens living at the same address refused rent.

“The municipality has relevant programs through which we help families and people who have housing problems. The municipality offers to provide rent to citizens who are registered in Tbilisi and have a similar problem. This offer was made to families, but we have received a written refusal from them. When you have a housing problem, I - the municipality, the state - come to you and tell you that you will be provided with housing, I give you money to rent apartments, but these people refused. Nevertheless, we once again express our readiness to ensure that these citizens are satisfied with housing,” said Kakha Kaladze.

According to him, the municipality has a second program - to provide homeless families with housing, for which, first of all, it is necessary to obtain the aforementioned status.

"There is a second program to provide housing for people with homeless status. By the end of the year, we will have 400 families with municipal housing.
