Mikheil Kavelashvili will visit Ankara

Mikheil Kavelashvili, together with his spouse, will pay an official visit to Ankara, the capital of the Republic of Türkiye.

“As part of the official visit, Mikheil Kavelashvili and the delegation will be hosted at the Presidential Palace of the Republic of Türkiye, where an official welcoming ceremony will be held. High-level meetings are planned, after which a joint statement will be made to the media.

The visit will also include a meeting between Mikheil Kavelashvili and the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Türkiye, Numan Kurtulmuş.

The Georgian delegation includes: Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Lasha Darsalia, Georgia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Türkiye Archil Kalandia, representatives of the Presidential Administration, and the head and members of the Georgia–Türkiye Friendship Group in the Parliament of Georgia: Giorgi Chkonia, Mariam Lashkhi, and Guram Macharashvili,” reads the information released by Mikheil Kavelashvili’s press service.
