It is the height of cynicism when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs claims that they have supposedly sent this or that report to the European Union – it is inconceivable to send a report when nothing has been done, said Grigol Gegelia, one of the leaders of Lelo – For Strong Georgia.

According to him, the report is most likely nothing more than a collection of blank pages.

“In a situation where Georgia’s so-called government has not taken a single step in the direction of any reform, thereby putting the visa-free regime at direct risk, it is the height of cynicism when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs claims that they have supposedly sent this or that report to the European Union. It is inconceivable to send a report when nothing has been done. The report is most likely nothing more than a collection of blank pages – just as empty and meaningless as the dying regime of Georgian Dream,” Gegelia said.
