Airports Association schedules another subsidized flight in connection with Georgian national team's advance to quarterfinals of EuroBasket 2025

At the initiative of the Government of Georgia, “in connection with the historic success of the Georgian national team at EuroBasket 2025, reaching the quarterfinals, the Association of Airports has scheduled another subsidized flight.

According to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, the subsidized flight will depart from Tbilisi International Airport to Riga on September 10, at 07:00 AM, and fans will return to Georgia on September 11. The cost of a one-way ticket subsidized by the Association of Airports of Georgia is 195 euros. Tickets will be available for purchase on the online platform TKTFLY.GE/eurobasket today, starting at 20:00.

“The flight is fully tailored to the historic quarterfinal match of the Georgian national team against the Finnish national team, which will take place on September 10, at 18:00 Georgian time.

Only those passengers who can present a ticket to attend a EuroBasket 2025 match at Tbilisi International Airport before departure will be able to fly on a subsidized flight to the Latvian capital,” reads the information.
