Medical assistance provided to protesters injured on Melikishvili Avenue

Emergency medical personnel are assisting protesters injured on Melikishvili Avenue.

As they themselves claim, the injuries were sustained by Georgian Dream supporters. According to them, more than 10 protesters were injured during the physical confrontation.

There was commotion on Melikishvili Avenue near Kakha Kaladze's election headquarters. According to the protesters, they were physically assaulted by representatives of the Georgian Dream youth wing.

"When we arrived, there were no police. There were just us and Georgian Dream supporters," one of the protesters said.
