A protest rally is taking place on Melikishvili Avenue near Kakha Kaladze’s headquarters

Citizens who were gathered at the Philharmonic marched to the election headquarters of Kakha Kaladze, the Tbilisi mayoral candidate of “Georgian Dream.”

The protest participants dismantled the metal barriers set up near the headquarters.

The rally participants are chanting: “Russians, Russians!”

The situation at the scene escalated after the protesters noticed “Georgian Dream” supporters inside the headquarters.

The protesters are calling on them to come outside.

Police are mobilized at the scene.
