According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, two of the three individuals detained on September 8 and 9 have been released. Regarding one of the detainees, Megi Diasamidze, who is accused of damaging an election banner, the Prosecutor's Office has applied to the court for bail as a preventive measure, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Aleksandre Darakhvelidze stated at the briefing held today.

"I would like to provide you with information about three individuals detained in connection with the incident that occurred on Melikishvili Avenue on September 8 and 9. Unfortunately, the affected activists did not cooperate with the investigation and it became impossible to hold the two individuals detained on charges of group violence accountable, based on their testimonies. Accordingly, they were released from detention today. As for the citizen detained on charges of damaging property, as we know, the Prosecutor General's Office of Georgia has already applied to the court to grant her bail as a preventive measure and she will be released from custody in a few hours," Darakhvelidze said.
