Olympic champion Zurab Zviadauri is exercising his right to remain silent, his lawyer Magda Kotrikadze told InterpressNews.

The lawyer is not responding to questions regarding Zviadauri and stated that she will make a statement tomorrow.

For reference, Zurab Zviadauri was detained by law enforcement last night.

The investigation is being conducted under Article 236 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to the illegal acquisition, possession, or carrying of a firearm.
