Kakha Kaladze: A tree has fallen, people, what's wrong with you? No one was at the scene. It's nature - no one is immune from natural processes

A tree has fallen, people, what's wrong with you? No one was at the scene. It's nature - sometimes a tree falls, sometimes grass gets ruined, sometimes something gets damaged, - Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze told journalists, responding to the fact of a tree falling in Vake Park.

As Kaladze noted, representatives of the relevant departments of the City Hall inspect and maintain parks on a daily basis, however, no one is immune from natural processes.

"No one was on site. Of course, the City Hall is conducting inspections, but unfortunately, it happens. It's nature - sometimes a tree falls, sometimes grass gets ruined, sometimes something gets damaged. Unfortunately, it happens. It's a normal natural phenomenon. A tree has fallen, people, what's wrong with you? No one was there, we have footage of it and surveillance is underway. Don't spread lies. Our relevant services maintain parks on a daily basis. Let's not go crazy, right? There are natural processes that cannot be prevented. A tree fell, it's bad, but...", - said Kakha Kaladze.
