We told him that the law applies to all countries, to all foreign funding, we cannot make exceptions, we have inclusive legislation and it is not subject to discrimination. He came himself, we did not summon him. His summoning to the Foreign Ministry had prerequisites, statements, actions. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained to him the reasons for the summoning. He knows very well. We talked about grants. My deputy and I attended the meeting,” said Levan Zhorzholiani.
For information, the Head of the Administration of the Government of Georgia Levan Zhorzholiani met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Georgia, Peter Fischer, yesterday. According to the information released by the press service of the Government Administration, the recent dynamics of relations between the two countries were discussed at the meeting. It was noted that the Georgian government is not satisfied with the current level of relations between the two countries and hopes that the situation will change.
