"If anyone wishes to test the strength of the state, that is their choice. Let them dare to take an unlawful step, and they will feel the consequences," said Tbilisi Mayor and General Secretary of "Georgian Dream," Kakha Kaladze, responding to statements about the planned rally on October 4.

According to Kaladze, they will celebrate victory on October 4.
