Giorgi Chkheidze, the lawyer of one of the detained individuals, Vakho Pitskhelauri, stated that excessive force, physical and verbal abuse, and threats were used against his client during the arrest.

As Giorgi Chkheidze noted, the charges will be presented today or tomorrow.

"I was already at the isolator. At the time of the arrest, at the very least, excessive force, physical and verbal abuse, and threats took place. Vakho does not know other individuals, as he told me himself. As for the presentation of charges, I don't know exactly, it will be today or tomorrow," Giorgi Chkheidze stated.

Recall that, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 13 individuals were detained in connection with the events that unfolded in Tbilisi on October 4, while two are currently in hiding.

According to the agency, an investigation is underway in connection with the criminal events that occurred in the city of Tbilisi under Articles 317, 222, 225, and 187 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
