The EU’s assessment of the elections and the post-election situation is very clearly expressed in the official statements by High Representative Kallas and Commissioner Kos. Please see the statement published on Sunday, stated the EU Ambassador to Georgia, Paweł Herczyński, to journalists after a meeting with ambassadors at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to him, at the Ministry, the Foreign Minister presented the authorities’ assessment of what happened during and after the local self-government elections.
